First Spanish-language program for Bitcoin Core
We launched B4OS, the first intensive training program for developers who want to contribute to Bitcoin Core in Spanish. The first cohort had 3 merged PRs.
100 graduates in 10 countries
We surpassed 100 graduates between B4OS and Ambassador. The network reached 10 countries and we organized more than 50 meetups in a single year.
First $10,000 USD grant
We awarded the first full-time grant of $10,000 USD to a Bitcoin Core developer from Mexico. The formal beginning of the grants program.
Presence at Bitcoin Conference Miami
For the first time, Librería de Satoshi had an official presence at Bitcoin Conference Miami with a delegation of 8 graduates and two talks in Spanish.
500+ active community members
The active community surpassed 500 members. 26 countries. More than 80 meetups organized in the year by active ambassadors.
LN & AI — pioneer program
We launched LN & AI, the first program in Spanish that integrates Lightning Network with artificial intelligence. 280+ specialists in the first extended cohort.
$180,000 USD in distributed grants
We closed 2024 having distributed $180,000 USD in grants to more than 120 Bitcoin projects in 35 countries across Latin America and Spain.
Unified platform
We unified Librería de Satoshi and B4OS into a single platform. A hub for all Bitcoin education in Spanish, from beginners to Core contributors.
